for use in stock bottle neck stud – both press in and screw in
for screw in, see my RAS4 and RAS5 7/16 studs and poly locks
I also offer my RAS3 screw in replacement for press in studs
the factory procedure of “tighten to 20 ft lb.” with factory nut is “out the window” on most Pontiac engine builds
that method can be too tight and cause poor vacuum by not allowing the valves to seat – a common issue
Its best to have .030 depth from 0 lash
there are several procedures on manually adjusting valves online.
