US MADE precision lazier cut
This pair of adapter brackets will allow early Pontiac engines/blocks to fit the 70-81 Firebirds, the 73 and newer Full size Pontiacs A body and Grand Prix.
You need to get the rubber engine mounts for the car you have – not the engine.
on 75 and newer TA and Firebirds, you need the Pontiac 301 350 or 400 (NOT 403) metal brackets and pontiac clam shell frame mounts. You can not use the other GM engine brackets or clam shells. You can not use the A body GP or fullsize engine brackets and clam shells.
You simply bolt the brackets to the block, then the 3 bolt mounts (or steel brackets for newer years) will attach using 7/16 bolts and nuts. See my other auction for brackets with hardware
You can use factory engine/ motor mount bolts, but will require 4 more plus nuts.

This can very confusing. Having the correct engine mounts and frame brackets are required. Do your homework!
you do not use the upper bolt for the OE 3 bolt mounts and brackets. This causes no issues
These brackets are thin enough to not effect the mounts from not fitting like others on the market, yet are strong enough for any application.

Can also be used to make engine cradles or to adapt late blocks to other cradles.
